Standing out in a entrepreneurial world filled with almosts, nearly-theres, and not-quites is Matan. At 22, he launched the full-scale event production and branding agency, Imperial Entertainment, which he successfully exited at 25 to join the founding team of Advocacy Asia, China’s first word-of-mouth platform.
Matan currently runs FoodieTrip, an NYC-based peer-to-peer marketplace that connects travelers to local food guides for authentic gastronomic experiences around the world.
JetPack is the culmination of Matan’s decade worth of experience founding and growing companies, as well as his passion for overhauling traditional capital raising.
Through JetPack, Matan is able to provide uniquely exceptional startups with the guidance and support he sought when building his own ventures.
Matan holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida and Universita Bocconi in Milan.
Omri is not a jack-of-all-trades – he’s a discerning, technology-oriented professional with a uniquely keen intuition for finding products and services with enormous potential. As such, Omri heads JetPack’s partnerships and collaborates closely with our portfolio of companies, tailoring their offerings to the U.S. market.
As a native New Yorker, Omri has deep roots in the city’s tech ecosystems, and has worked with early-stage startups, VC funds, and innovation teams at Fortune 500 companies.
Omri has mentored dozens of domestic and international startups on market penetration, business development, and fundraising strategies, as well as partnered with investors and multinational corporations to secure investments and unearth new tech opportunities in NYC.
Omri holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University.
Liana is an astute business analyst and manager that drives projects to delivery. She launched h er career as a Consultant for PwC in Hong Kong, where she led business and technical teams in the design of digital products and experiences for global corporations. She was also deeply involved in PwC’s internal strategic innovation initiatives, managing strategy and funding proposals for executive leaders and engaging in high level discussions around structural and cultural change.
These experiences have honed her passion for helping companies to explore new paths, from early stage startups seeking to validate new propositions to large corporates working to build new revenue streams. Liana’s passion and insight now guide her work at JetPack.
Liana holds a B.A. in International Studies and B.A. in Mandarin Chinese from the University of Mississippi.
