How it runs
Three to four weeks. Three sessions.
- Week 1Onboarding and diagnosticOnboarding session and intake, followed by your written diagnostic. You'll know where the raise is exposed before we build anything.
- Week 2BuildNarrative, deck, model and one-pager drafted, then reviewed together in a milestone meeting.
- Weeks 3 to 4Refine and hand overRevisions from the milestone meeting, data room blueprint and raise plan delivered, final handover session.
Three sessions: onboarding, milestone review, handover. Everything else runs async in a shared workspace.

Two ways to work with us.
Most companies come to us before a raise. Some need the whole company prepared underneath it. Others have the fundamentals in place and need the capital case built and pressure-tested fast. We run both, with the same senior team.
Sprint fees are credited in full toward Advisory if you upgrade within 60 days of delivery.
If the diagnostic finds more than a Sprint can fix, we'll tell you in week one.
