These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jetpackstart.com (the "Site"), operated by JetPack Group, Inc. ("JetPack," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes JetPack's advisory services and related offerings. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship. Any engagement with JetPack is governed solely by a separate written agreement.
Content on the Site is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
JetPack is not a registered broker-dealer, placement agent or investment adviser. We do not solicit investors, arrange or broker securities transactions, or receive compensation based on the outcome of a financing. Case studies describe the companies we have worked with and outcomes those companies achieved or publicly reported. They are not a guarantee or prediction of any result, and they do not mean JetPack was responsible for any financing, transaction or business outcome.

Intelligence is provided to support decision-making and may be incomplete or change over time; we do not guarantee its accuracy. The platform may be provided with third-party technology partners, and access to it is governed by separate terms.
The Site and its content are owned by JetPack or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for your own non-commercial reference, but may not copy, modify or republish it without our written permission.
Client names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. Their display does not imply endorsement.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping it at scale, or submitting false or unlawful information through its forms.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetPack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
