Situation
Swiss Rockets is a Basel-based life-sciences group with operating companies and assets across oncology, vaccines, radiopharmaceuticals and precision medicine. The challenge was to make the group thesis coherent to investors and partners while letting each subsidiary stand on its own, and to turn new concepts into fundable operating plans.

Outcome
The Rocket Innovation Center was approved and funded and is in early implementation. Across the group, the holding-company and subsidiary stories now reinforce one another. In February 2026, Swiss Rockets announced a definitive agreement to acquire Complete Genomics, subject to closing conditions and shareholder approval.
