Outcome
In December 2025, KeepZone AI, a subsidiary of Nasdaq-listed Jeffs' Brands, signed a definitive distribution agreement with Scanary: exclusive rights in Canada, Germany and the UAE, and non-exclusive rights in Spain and Italy. The relationship has since expanded. Investor readiness followed once the commercial path was specific enough to defend.
